Return Eligibility
- Customers may request a return within 2 days of receiving their order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- Personalized or custom laser engraved products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us through WhatsApp or email within 2 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.
Inspection Process
Once we receive the returned item at our factory, our team will inspect it carefully. The inspection process may take up to 2 business days from the date the package is delivered to our factory.
Refunds
- If the returned item passes our inspection, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
