📦 Order Processing
- All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or personalized laser-engraved items may require an additional 1–3 business days for production before dispatch.
🌍 Shipping Coverage
We currently offer:
- Islandwide delivery within Sri Lanka
- International shipping available to selected countries (UK, USA, AUSTRALIA)
⏱️ Delivery Time
- Sri Lanka: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- International: 5–12 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs procedures.
💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight
Free delivery may be offered on selected promotions or bulk orders
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery status.

All EDI products are packaged in our premium signature packaging to ensure safety and luxury presentation upon delivery.

For international orders, customs clearance procedures may cause delays. Any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
